We are the East Cheshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This is the first of the evening walks programme and starts at 7 pm from Sutton reservoir.
It is 5 miles long with 220 feet of ascent. We walk along the side of the reservoir across the road to the canal. Along the canal to Danes Moss, going over the railway via two flights of steps before walking into Gawsworth and returning via Woodhouse Green and the reservoir.
We should complete this in the light, but a torch may be helpful!!!
We plan to call at Sutton Hall after the walk and all are welcome.
