Overview

From Syston village we'll ascend gently via an old Green Lane with views towards Belton and Grantham, reaching the edge of Barkston Heath airfield before descending via a quiet track and lane to Barkston, with option for refreshments at the Stag afterwards.
Walk follows the perimeter of Syston Park, spotting all four lodges (N,S,E,W) on the way round.

Care needed crossing the A607 (twice) plus a short section on pavement beside the A607.
