Overview

The walk starts at the corner of Kemming Road and Ventnor Road by the Church of St Mary and St Rhadegund in Whitwell. The route takes us to the top of Stenbury Down, then descends to Stenbury Manor. We proceed around Southford and stop at Stockbridge House, then it goes to Strathwell Park. Then we will return to the Church of St Mary and St Rhadegund.

Take a drink and snack for a brief drinks stop.

This is a joint Walking Festival and Ramblers walk.

New walkers welcome. If you are new to the Ramblers you can just turn up for any of our walks, unless we specify otherwise.  We invite you to come along for three walks as a non-member.
