Overview

A walk as part of the Mole Valley Ramblers Spring Walks Festival.

A very attractive walk taking in two golf courses(!) before heading up towards Upper Gatton Park and returning via the tiny hamlet of Mugswell. We start and finish at a 15th Century, walker- and dog-friendly pub offering a fine outside area if the weather is kind enough for us to use it. The pub is named after St Margaret's Well which is, apparently, mentioned in the Domesday Book.
