Full description: We start at Glen Howe car park and walk through Ewden woodlands, along More Hall Reservoir. Then it’s up towards Bolsterstone where we will walk along the top of Wharncliffe Side for views of Ewden Valley. Finally it’s mostly downhill, as we return to the opposite side of More Hall Reservoir and back to Glen Howe. We can stop for a drink at the end in the Blue Ball if there is interest.

Catch the 9.40am tram from the Cathedral to Middlewood then connect onto a bus to Wharncliffe Side. Get off at Wharncliffe Arms and follow signs to Glen Howe Park. Please type in Damasel Lane S35 0DW if using GPS.

Parking: If you are driving there is free parking in Glen Howe car park. Please type in Damasel Lane S35 0DW on your GPS / Sat Nav.
