Overview

Four days of walking on Exmoor:  Thursday 4th July - Sunday 7th July 2024

This is our sixth walking holiday based in Porlock and enjoying Exmoor.  Those who already know the area will be aware of its beautiful terrain, offering rugged walks of the moor, picturesque woodland and river stretches and the contrast of the coastline - and the South West Coast path - looking across to Wales.

Once again, we have planned this walking event to coincide with the Porlock Weir Fest (link below), a local beer/cider/music event - perfect for those who have some energy left at the end of the day!

We have 4 days of varied walking planned starting on Thursday 4th July, through to Sunday 7th July 2024.  Full details of each walk will be posted here as separate walk entries by early December at the latest and a chance to book on to any or all of the walks.  As usual, priority will be given to Dorset 4050 members.

Accommodation needs to be booked independently - we advise doing this early, as Porlock is a popular holiday area at this time year.
