Overview

This walk is ideal for beginners. Over the coming months you'll see some shorter, easier walks on our programme. Working towards building stamina and muscle strength while on my recovery journey from injury. We'll gradually increase to moderate walks over varied terrain with steeper gradient.

Walking from Scarlet Avenue car park (fee payable)through dunes to the dog friendly area of the beach heading towards the River Neath retracing our route. Opportunity to visit one of the beach front cafes for refreshments after the walk.
