Mark S. is inviting you to his first walk as a walk leader:

We're starting from the Axe and Compasses PH just outside Aythorpe Roding, down to Leaden Roding, and back up to Aythorpe Roding. The walk takes us through fairly flat open countryside with good views.

Very nice pub, good food and service, and we're booked in for lunch at 1.00 p.m. We plan to get going again for the optional 3 mile afternoon loop around 2.30pm.

The pub's opening hours are from 9.00am for anyone who fancies a breakfast/coffee pre-walk.
