We are the Uttlesford Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

We will start our walk from the car park of the All Saints Church, Church Lane, Castle Camps CB21 4TH. From there, we will walk to Rectory Farm, then Shudy Camps and Camps Hall. The return to the start leads us via Park Farm, through the village of Castle Camps and a disused airfield. It’s a leisurely walk of some 6 miles with a couple of stiles.
For a pub lunch, drive to the Three Horseshoes, Water Lane, Helions Bumpstead, CB9 7AL for 1:15 to 1:30pm. As the pub is popular, the car park could be full, so please go to the village hall car park, 3 Mill Road, CB9 7AH or if that’s full, there is ample street parking along the road.
