Overview

 From the layby we’ll walk into Belton then follow the lane and path to Long Wood. Picking up the Leicester Round while then head back east to Leigh Lodge and Ridlington. The path follows field boundaries to return to the layby.

The path for the most part follows fields boundaries or farm tracks and will provide good footing even when wet.

The total ascent is 975 feet.
