Overview

Take the A9 to Golspie and after the road bends right and left, turn right into the car park by the play area (NB You are invited to pay to park). The walk goes along the coast before crossing the A9 to visit the magnificent Big Burn waterfall. We then approach Ben Bhraggie, and its memorial to the Duke of Sutherland via the back route, which has an easier gradient than the approach from the front – which is the way we will descend and return to Golspie.
