This linear walk will start from The Queens Head in Broadchalke at 0930, the Reds 29 Bus leaves Blue Boar Row, Stop M, at 0855, arriving in Broadchalke at 0918. We will ascend Knighton Hill, go along the Drove before going through Croucheston, Bishopstone, Stratford Tony and Coombe Bissett, approaching Salisbury via Homington Down and the Avon Valley Path.
