Join me for a lovely undulating walk through hidden valleys, woodland and Lullingstone Country Park.
We'll walk through a mix of woodland and open grassland with short spells on quiet country lanes. There is one steep climb to Polhill Nature Reserve in the afternoon where we'll be rewarded with beautiful views before meandering across the top of the Darent Valley and through Lullingstone Country Park to return to Eynsford where those who would like to can stop for a drink at the picturesque riverside.
We'll stop for lunch in the historical village of Otford where there is a recreation ground with benches as well as several pubs and cafes. Please bring a packed lunch.
Drop out points: Otford station at lunchtime or you can drop down to Shoreham station mid-afternoon (about a 30 minute walk)
No booking required.
The finishing time is an estimate only and will be dependent on factors such as the weather, the speed at which the group walks and the number of breaks we take.
