Overview

In a change from our usual schedule, this week we will have an aditional walk on FRIDAY. The day chosen is to avoid the weekend crowds on The Heath and to fit in with the pub's busy schedule.

This Friday morning walk is 5.5 gentle miles with one short sharp accent (optional) and one more gradual one (not optional). The hope is to see the annual display of wild pasque flowers, giant cowslips, possibly hares and probably distant deer.

If eating please advise the leader of your bar meal choices by midday on Wednesday 10th April.  For menus please see the photos in this description.

NB The walk route will be changed entirely if the weather is against us.
