From Kettleshulme the walk has great views along Taxal Edge to the ancient Jenkin Chapel (As seen in BBC Jane Eyre 2006) returning along the Toddbrook Valley.
New Mills Co-op car park for optional car share to the start.
There is road side parking on Paddock Road. (turn right after the village hall) Those going direct to the start to please inform the leader in case of any late changes.
