Overview

This is an ‘out and return’ walk along the coastal path from the south end of Kirkcaldy to Kinghorn, passing the 16th century Seafield Tower and keeping an eye out for wildflowers and seals.  Lunch in Kinghorn and return.  Total distance is 4.2 miles.
