Overview

The AGM event will start at 1pm when the walkers will eat their own packed lunches in the hall. Drinks and light refreshments will be provided by the host group, Loddon Valley. At 2pm there will be a talk by Peter Innes from Reading University about Climate Change and its impact on the natural world. At 3pm the formal part of the AGM will take place, At 4pm a Ramblers Trustee will be available for a question-and-answer session. The event will close at 5pm.

Please contact Loddon Valley Ramblers for more details, The code to enter the car park is #28564 the school will be in front of you and the car park is on the right. The hall for the AGM is on the first floor and will be sign posted.

Meet in the car park at Reading School, Erleigh Road, Reading. The school is less than a 30-minute walk from Reading railway station or catch the no 3 or 9 bus. It's also on bus routes 19 a, b, or c from the centre of Reading which also stop at Reading station. Alight on Craven Road opposite the main entrance of the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
