Overview

Starting from Milldale we will walk through Wolfscote Dale and up to Alstonfield and Stanshope before descending to Dovedale and back along the river to Milldale. 10miles.

This walk will take us along river paths and across fields. Not suitable for dogs due to livestock and stiles.

There is a small shop in Milldale for refreshments post walk if needed.

There are toilet facilities in Milldale and Alstonfield. Parking charges apply at Milldale.
