As most of you are aware we have a serious shortage of walk leaders which puts in jeopardy our ability to organise a full programme of walks (especially on the coach).
Consequently we have organised a prospective walks leaders' navigation course in the hope that this will encourage more of our members to volunteer their services to lead a walk.
We are also using this course as a refresher for all of our leaders to just help with anything that could help us all enjoy our volunteer roles and hopefully answer any questions.
