Oxford Preservation Trust Oxford Open Doors
Oxford Ramblers Group is delighted to announce that on Saturday 13th September the Oxford Preservation Trust in Oxford Open Doors you will have a rare chance to walk historic Love Lane, closed to the public for over 100 years. This was negotiated by Tony Dale who is an Oxford Ramblers member as part of the DLYW project and sponsored by the Oxford Ramblers.
There will be six guided walks at: 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 14:00, 15:00 and 16:00. Each walk should take about 15 minutes. There will be a limit of 10 people allowed on each walk on a ‘first come, first served basis’. The walk will begin at Savile Road and participants can leave at the northern end at South Parks Road, or return to Savile Road.
