Ramblers Tyneside Group uses coaches to walk & explore from the Scottish Borders to the Yorkshire Dales & Moors, from the Lakes to the Northumberland & Durham coasts.
Our trip today takes us to the East Lothian Coast and the delightful town of Dunbar. Walks will be along the cliffs and seashore and unavoidably a few golf courses. This is Scotland after all. The views and the birdlife will add to the attraction or if your tastes are a little more industrial you can enjoy the cement works and the nuclear power station enroute. It's the variety that counts.
Our coach will drop parties of walkers and leaders from their starting point and all walks will finish at our destination today.
There will be a choice of walks - graded Easy, Leisurely, Moderate and Strenuous for you to choose from.
Details of the walks will be available from our webpage and will also be passed round the coach on the day.
There will be time to take refreshments at the end of the walks before the return to Newcastle.

We leave by Coach at 9.30am from Claremont Road, City Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne. At the layby adjacent to the Great North - Hancock Museum. The nearest Metro station is HAYMARKET. There is a car park with Sunday charges, further up on Claremont Road.
