Lying in picturesque Glendale near the Cheviot Hills, in the northern part of Northumberland, Chatton is a small rural village. It is set in a parish of the same name within the Bamburgh deanery, and is situated in a valley on the river Till, which rises south of the Cheviots.
Our coach from Newcastle will drop parties of walkers and leaders at their starting point and all walks will finish at our common destination. There will be a choice of walks - graded Easy, Leisurely, Moderate and Strenuous for you to choose from. Details of the walks can be downloaded from the Wednesday Boulevard Coach section of the Tyneside website, usually from the Monday evening before. Copies will also be passed round the coach on the day.
Refreshments will be available at the end of the walks before the return to Newcastle.
