Walk along leat path, follow Tavy Cleave river upstream, turn up Rattle Brook confluence, Dead Lake Foot, summit Hare Tor, Ger Tor and descend to carpark. Riverside path, clambering over rocks and marsh, grass path, shingle and open moorland. Need to be agile for climbing rocks and difficult terrain in Tavy Cleave, hence strenuous rating, though short. Fantastic views.
