I Attempted to do this walk yesterday - it appears my navigation skill leaves a lot to be desired as i was most likly on path for less time than i was off it! That said for what i did see this is an amazing walk, some of the directions could be slightly clearer, althought most of the navigation issues were of my own doing! I can highly recommend for anyone looking to add a little more challenge / adventure into this route, to not turn off at the barn at '2' and to continue on the path down the Grindslow brook, their is a few nice stream crossing / scrambling as the path goes back and forward over the steam followed by a scramble up a gentle waterfall which rejoins the route above I will be back next week to re attempt this without getting lost!
