Steep downhill from Ranmore to Rookery Lane and then along the Green Sand Way towards Friday Street, then returning via the Wotton Estate before the long steep climb back to the car park. Ascents total 970ft. Walking Poles recommended. Expect to finish c. 13.30. Bring snacks and coffee.
