20s and 30s - Coaley Peak - 6 or 12 miles

🌿 Join us for an initial 6mile stroll from Coaley Peak along the Cotswold Way to Cam Peak and back. An optional extension of a further 5.5miles around Woodchester Lakes for those desiring.

👣 Walk Description:

Starting at the Coaley Peak viewpoint, we'll head south along the Cotswold Way to Cam Peak. That's approx 3miles in and the half way point. From there it's a 180 retracing our steps back to Coaley Peak. Nice & simple. 6miles done. Should be about 12:30 on the part 1 wrap.
From here, you've two choices. Either go home, or you can join us and continue on with the 2nd loop (approx 5.5miles) around Woodchester Lakes with lunch. We'll probably stop at the mansion for lunch (includes a cafe & facilities) then do the Loop of the Lakes.
All going well, should be done by 3:30pm latest.
There will be no lunch stop during the first loop. Attendees can eat at the end, or shortly into the second loop when at Woodchester Mansion.
