A pleasantly varied walk in the countryside around Adlestrop, Chastleton and Daylesford. We will enjoy some lovely open country as well as fine country houses and parkland, which are a feature of this walk. We will also pass the church at Oddington, where we can view some original medieval paintings.
Bring refreshments for a snack break.
See website link below for a map of the walk
Walking on a mixture of field paths, tracks and quiet roads. We have a busy road to cross twice and also a short stretch alongside the road on a narrow verge. Only a few stiles. One quite long, gentle climb and a later descent, otherwise fairly flat. Likely to be livestock (mainly sheep) in some fields. Suitable for well behaved dogs on leads.
