An gentle 3.5 mile stroll from Bishampton followed by an optional meal (booked for 8:00pm) at 'The Ounce at The Dolphin' at Bishampton. Our route follows the Bishampton Queen's Jubilee walk which goes via The Vale Country Club. There are a few undulations but nothing steep. Hardly any stiles. We will be crossing the golf course, so beware of golf balls!
The Ounce (formerly The Dolphin Inn) specialises in steaks and does a special offer (£1 per ounce) for Wednesday nights (see the weblink for the menu). It is very popular, so booking is essential. Anyone wishing to eat, please let Sheila know by Weds 25th June at the latest.
