Overview

Starting on the Car Park on Gravel Hill Road making our way along the Shipwrights Way past the Research Station along well maintained footpaths and several forest trails.

There will be a short break at the Visitors Centre where there are toilet facilities and a café before heading round the Willow’s Green Enclosure back to the car park via the Holt Pound Enclosure.

The path are generally pretty good but could be muddy after rain. There are no stiles and a few gentle hills nothing too challenging. We will need to cross the A325 twice.
