Overview

From Fairholmes we head up Lockerbook Coppice, following Rivers Ashop and Alport before starting our ascent to Alport Castles Tower. We can have lunch on the ridge whilst we watch those mad enough to scramble to the top of the Tower! We then return to Fairholmes via Rowlee Pasture. Drinks and snacks available from kiosk at Fairholmes. Toilets also available here at start and end of walk. Total ascent 794m Highest point 486m
