Overview

This is a linear walk from Amersham to Wendover. We meet at Wendover Railway station, but start the walk at Amersham Railway station at 10.15. The walk descends through fields to Chesham. From there we continue through the Chiltern Hills along the Chiltern Link and Herbert's Hole following the C17th trading route taken by pack horses. Gentle ascents and descents, no stiles, good paths through open fields and beech woods The walk finishes in Wendover.

Bring a snack and packed lunch for 2 stops.
