We are the West Midlands Walking Group. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Join us for a beautiful walk along the River Severn from Upper Arley to Severn Valley Country Park in Highley and back. This circular walk takes you through stunning scenery, including woodland, fields, and riverside paths - you may even see a Severn Valley Railway steam train chugging past!
Optional pub stop at The Ship Inn halfway through the walk.
Car parking available at the start point - Upper Arley Car Park (DY12 1XD), not to be confused with Arley car park on the other side of the river.
This walk is primarily aimed at people in their 20s and 30s, but everyone is welcome to join.
