We are the West Midlands Walking Group. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Starting from Worcester city centre, we'll cross the river and travel south past the Cathedral to Diglis weir where we cross the river then head along the Worcester and Birmingham canal. We walk through Gheluvelt park back to the river then on to the Racecourse which is hosting the Worcester Balloon festival. It is a short walk from here back to the start point.

Main entrance of Worcester Foregate Street railway station. We'll wait for the 13.33 train from Birmingham New Street and 13.35 train from Birmingham Moor Street to arrive.
