We are the Surrey and Beyond Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
An undulating route taking us through woods and meadows surrounding the Polesden Lacey estate. Depending on the weather, there will be fine views to the north and towards London from various points along the way. There will be no stiles to negotiate.
The walk is graded as Leisurely / Moderate. Should there be rain in the days preceding the 9th, some of the paths may be a little muddy.
There are two eating places at Polesden Lacey should anyone wish to stay for lunch after the walk
We will meet at Polesden Lacey, located close to Great Bookham off the A246, by the entrance next to the café. Car park is free for NT members but not to non-members.
