A lovely walk across fields, heaths and into Winkworth Arboretum for picnic lunch. Food is available at the Arboretum.
This is a linear walk with a train connection for the outward journey. The walk is mainly flat with one stile. We will walk at a moderate pace.
Meet walk leader Ann at Godalming Station to get the 10.34 train from Godalming for the 8 minute journey to Witley to start the walk. Or alternatively meet Ann outside Witley Station and you can get the train back. Please note there are parking charges at Godalming station.
The walk is from Witley Station to Godalming Station. The walk leader can meet walkers first at Godalming station to get the 10:34am train to Witley and walk to Godalming station for the finish of the walk.
