Overview

The walk starts from the car park at Lanhydrock, walking along forest paths and through fields to Respryn. Then along a forested track alongside the River Fowey, returning via the swimming pool. There will be an apple stop at or around Respryn so bring a drink and something to eat, an apple or banana. The walk will finish with / tea and cake in the cafe.
