Toilets nearby at Leisure Centre at start, at Snarestone Wharf and at the pub at the finish. (Pub isn't open at the start)

Snarestone Wharf cafe and gift shop of the Ashby Canal Society will be open at coffee stop.

Pub, with real ale plus Ham salad and Cheese salad rolls. The White Hart has a back entrance from the  car park off Peggs Close
