We are the Mid Sussex Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Hoping for better weather and a bright Spring Morning. Walk originally scheduled in October and November.
Walk on the forest this time starting from Kings Standing Clump. We walk across the open forest with scenic views which are weather dependent in this area of AONB on the High Weald. We pass Crow’s Nest Clump before joining the Weald Way down into the village of Fairwarp. Returning via Airman’s Grave and Friends Clump to Kings Standing.
Please be aware this walk includes 1200ft ascent and descent.
Please bring a snack and a picnic, we will probably stop for a break at Fairwarp.
