Join me for an rugged Wood/Forest walk with a few steep incline/declines!
Starting from Russell St Car Park in Woburn Sands we head into Aspley Heath.
Circle through the Aspley Heath Woods. Coffee/lunch stop at the Mermaids Pond & return back to the car park.
