Overview

This is a 5-mile circular walk through part of the Wyre Forest. The walk follows a stream to Knowles Mill. We then walk through land which is classified as a site of Special Scientific Interest. There are information boards along the way about the history and present management of the area.

Wyre Forest

The walk will commence from Dry Mill Lane car park, Bewdley DY12 2LT.                                                               As this free car park is very small, we strongly recommend car sharing. Meet time at this car park 10.45am

The car park is approximately 1 mile from the Hop Pole Inn (post code DY12 2QH). 

Take the turning to Hop Pole Lane alongside the Inn. Turn left at Dry Mill Lane. The car park is approximately half a mile along Dry Mill Lane on the left.
