This is a gentle walk across farmland and along country lanes. There are good views of the surrounding countryside and the footpaths are generally well walked and firm underfoot. There are a few stiles to navigate. We will start from Lavender Hall Park where there is car parking for about 20 cars (although well used by dog walkers). There is parking allowed on Lavender Hall Lane should we fill the car park up.
There is not a lot of shade on this walk, so if we have a hot day, sun hats will be needed! And don’t forget water and sun cream.
Do not use the post code! It will take you a scrap yard. The car park is off Lavender Hall Lane in Balsall Common, near to the Kenilworth Road end.
