Overview

Join us on a 10 mile circular ramble from Walsall Station, admiring the town’s arboretum & treading its country park’s boardwalks.  With a stretch of the Rushall canal traversed, we’ll twist & turn through copious woods, reserves & a quarry too, all making up the Beacon Way.  Lunch will be taken next to the War Memorial with impressive views into the neighbouring counties, before returning to the Way.  Finally we’ll recouple the towpath & stride back for optional refreshments, at The Black Country Arms!
