We are the West Midlands Walking Group. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Starting from the car park, we will take the trail towards Ansons Bank and then onto the Heart Of England Way passing the Katyn War Memorial and descending into the Sherbrook Valley. We will then pick up the Staffordshire Way towards Devil's Dumble and then an ascent to Haywood Slade where will have a lunch stop. Following this we will head towards Marquis Drive and Pepper Slade and then back to the car park.
Please bring a packed lunch and plenty of fluids.
Please wear appropriate footwear. Waterproofs or gaiters may be required depending on weather conditions.
Suitable for well-behaved dogs.
