We are the Cleveland Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From Barton Howl, there is a 0.2ml stretch of busy road before field paths and farm track take us N then E to Briscoe Farm, and then on an unclassified road to Moorgate Farm. Quiet roads are followed N then SW to Alder Park and Peel Wood. Woodland and field paths are taken to Mulgrave Farm and eventually to Ugthorpe. We then take the unclassified road S to Biggin House, then field and moorland paths to Coquet Nook and Barton Howl.
There will be a ten minute break. Please feel free to bring a drink/snack to enjoy.
Conditions are difficult through some woodland because of the recent heavy rains.
There are no cattle and no toilets.
