This lovely, varied walk starts in Weston village and goes up Sion Hill to lesser-known Bath crescents, with fine architecture and good views. We descend to Hedgemead Park for a refreshment break, and continue via The Paragon, The Circus, Royal Crescent, and Royal Victoria Park. After a short visit to the Botanical Gardens, we walk back into Weston.
Please bring a drink and a snack for the break in Hedgemead Park. Refreshments available in the Old Crown or a nearby cafe at the end of the walk.
There are toilets at the start and along the route. There are some steps and some steep sections. It’s mainly paved. As this is a city walk, walkers can, if they wish, leave the walk early after letting the leader know.
Everyone welcome, but please book via the Eventbrite link below. Assistance dogs only please.
