Overview

This hill was in the programme in January 2025 but a red weather warning that weekend put paid to that attempt. In the glorious dry summer of 2025 it was listed and successfully completed but a considerable amount of bog was encountered. On this occasion we will start further up Glen Falloch and follow a Hydron Board track to a dam before striking up to (another) Meall nan Tarmachan and following the north west ridge of Beinn Chabhair to the summit. This is an "out and back" walk. All being well we ahould be back in Linlithgow by 5.30pm.
