This circular walk starts at the car park at Dorrator Bridge off Stirling Rd in Camelon (opposite the bus garage). The route mostly follows the route of the River Carron via The Lade to the Kelpies and returns by crossing the footbridge over the river to Carronshore, past Carron Works then the opposite side of the river back to the car park. The terrain is a mix of unsurfaced paths and pavement/road walking, passing through woodland and some housing areas. Route is flat so may be suitable for some C walkers.
