Overview

Starting from the junction of Bendameer Rd and Kilmundy Drive in Burntisland, we will follow the footpath, across to the Burntisland / Cowdenbeath Rd. Then up beside the Binn hill, and past the telecoms tower, onto the access road and down to Standing Stanes Rd, and walking towards the Cowdenbeath Rd. walking up through a field on the right to the Dunearn ridge and down to Stenhouse reservoir. Walking back towards the Cowdenbeath Rd, beside the reservoir and cutting up through the field back to Standing Stanes Rd. Then following the Gorse Path, back to the start point.

Please note there are two gates to climb over on this walk.

There is little room to park at the actual start point. So park on either Bendameer or Kilmundy at the kerbside, avoiding entrances.
