We are the White Cliffs Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Park on The Parade, Birchington where there is plenty of free parking. (best not to go into the car park at the western end as charges apply).
Walk will be along the King Charles III Coast path to Margate and back. Mostly on paved surfaces (so trainer type footwear is appropriate if desired) with nice coastal views en route. There are toilets at the start and along the route. Lunch stop will be Margate where there are a number of cafes and pubs.
Total distance is 12 miles, but anyone wanting a shorter version can decide where they want to return and retrace steps back to the start. It is mostly flat and there are no stiles or gates.
