Overview

Don't be fooled by the starting location on an industrial estate for this 10.5 mile circular walk - we quickly leave built up areas behind us and the majority of the route is waterside footpaths along the rivers Soar and Wreake, the Grand Union Canal and the lakes of Watermead Country Park.

There is a footpath diversion in place not far from the start of the route had a lot of patches of brambles and nettles when I checked it out in early June, so I would advise having your legs covered.
